On the morning of May 13, Group General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary Cui Zhicheng visited Topfond Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Meheco, to conduct on-site research. He inspected the Topfond Drug Research Institute, Wastewater Treatment Center, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Workshop, while also receiving reports on the company's management and Party building efforts.

Cui Zhicheng commended Topfond Pharmaceutical for its achievements in recent years and outlined key requirements for future work: focus on strengthening the pharmaceutical industry and serve as a driving force within the Group; increase investment in R&D to enhance core competitiveness in key products; continue promoting refined management practices to reduce costs and increase efficiency; maintain safety, quality, and environmental protection standards as foundational priorities for high-quality development; and strengthen the full and strict governance over the Party at deeper levels. The heads of the Group's Office and Strategy Department, along with the company's Chairman and Party Secretary Yang Guang, Assistant General Manager Lyu Heping, and members of the Topfond Pharmaceutical leadership team participated in the research.
