On the afternoon of December 28, Yang Guang, Chairman and Party Secretary of the company, conducted a research visit to the regional company in the Northeast. During the visit, he listened to the reports from the regional company’s leadership concerning the overall status of the organization, regional integrated management practices, the establishment of a temporary Party committee, and key business operations. Engaging in in-depth discussions, Yang explored regional integrated management and development strategies with the leadership team.

Yang expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the regional company in its prior reform and development initiatives. Considering the current landscape, he outlined several key recommendations for future actions: 1) enhance the cohesion and effectiveness of regional integrated management through strong Party leadership, ensuring high-quality development within the organization; 2) leverage collaborative advantages, focus on resource aggregation and business integration to create mutually beneficial outcomes; 3) align thoughts and clarify priorities, emphasizing actionable measures to explore new opportunities and empower future growth; and 4) prioritize risk control, maintain safety, safeguard stability, and foster development, adhering to a balanced approach of "breaking and establishing" to facilitate stable and sustainable reforms.

Accompanying Yang Guang was Zhang Huibo, assistant to the General Manager, along with the heads of the Strategic Operations Department and Human Resources Department. The leadership team of the regional company also participated in the discussions.
